Shipping Policy

We have provided you with EMS shipping options:

Standard Shipping via EMS – Door-to-Door delivery normally takes 7-9 days. A tracking number and tracking system showing detailed shipping information will be provided. All packages must be signed for upon receipt. If no one is present at the delivery address when package arrives then it will be held at the nearest distribution center until a signature can be obtained.

· We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address information, holidays, or carrier complications.

· Occasional delays in order processing or even the cancellation of an order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock. In the case of order cancellation you will receive a full refund for your purchase.

· In some instances, there will be a customs charge applied to your package. Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.

· We ship mainly to United States & Western Europe. If your delivery address is outside of these areas, please contact us to confirm that the shipping options offered are available to you.
